What else you should know about us:

Arrival and departure
All rooms are ready for occupancy between 2pm and 4pm. On departure, please vacate your room by 10am

Pets
You can bring your pet along with you - we will charge € 5.00 per day without food. Out of consideration for other guests, we ask you to bring your pet not to the restaurant during mealtimes.

Lift
On every floor barrier-free access for wheelchair users

Deposit
€ 100.00 per person within 2 weeks after booking date (is specified in the reservation confirmation)

Cancellation
Is an annoyance for everyone, but sometimes unavoidable. The guidelines of the Austrian Hotel Regulations are applied:
The cancellation fees are valid only for rooms which can not be resold.
No later than 3 months before the day of arrival no cancellation frees are charged.
Up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total agreed price will be charged.
Up to 1 week before day of arrival 70% of the total agreed price will be charged.
In the last week before the day of arrival or in case of "no show" we charge 90% of the total agreed price.

Insurance
We recommend to conclude a favourably priced travel insurance.
